Who we are. Website Check Ireland is operated by Sitefully Limited, an Irish registered company, Company No. 806453, registered office at 77 Camden Street Lower, Saint Kevin's, Dublin, D02 XE80. When you buy an audit, Sitefully Limited is the data controller for your details. You can reach us at info@sitefully.ie.
What we collect
Your name, business name, business type, email, phone and county. Your website address. Payment confirmation from Stripe. We do not receive your card number.
Why we collect it
To deliver your audit, to contact you about it, and to follow up with a proposal if you want us to fix the issues. We only send marketing emails if you tick the marketing consent box.
Legal basis
We process your order and audit details to perform our contract with you. We send marketing emails only where you have given consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We may follow up with you about your audit under legitimate interest, and you have the right to object to that at any time by emailing info@sitefully.ie.
Who we share it with
Stripe processes your payment. Resend delivers our emails. Google PageSpeed Insights receives your public website address for performance testing. Supabase hosts our database. Cloudflare provides our CAPTCHA and network protection. That is it.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for 6 years for Irish tax purposes. Your contact details are deleted on request. Email info@sitefully.ie and we will action it.
Transfers outside Europe
Stripe, Resend and Google may process data in the United States under approved safeguards such as the EU US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object to processing of your data. Email info@sitefully.ie to exercise any of these. See our data rights page for the full list.

We use only the cookies needed to make the site work and process payments, plus analytics cookies when you give consent through our cookie banner. See our cookie policy for details.
Complaints
