Website Check Ireland is operated by Sitefully Limited, an Irish registered company, Company No. 806453, registered office at 77 Camden Street Lower, Saint Kevin's, Dublin, D02 XE80. By buying an audit you agree to these terms.

What we deliver

One automated audit of one website for a one time fee of €9.99. You receive a private report link.

Repeat audits

You can order an audit for the same website as many times as you like. Each order is a separate paid audit and produces its own report.

Not legal advice

The compliance section is an automated review of publicly detectable signals. It is not legal advice. For anything binding, talk to a solicitor.

Your cancellation rights

By purchasing you request immediate delivery of your audit and acknowledge that once the report is delivered your 14 day right of cancellation no longer applies. This follows the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU for digital content and services supplied straight away with your consent. If we cannot generate your report you receive a full refund.

Refunds

If we cannot generate a report for your website we refund you in full. Once a report has been delivered we do not offer refunds. See our refund policy for the full detail.

Acceptable use

Only submit websites you own or are authorised to have audited. We may refuse or block orders that abuse the service. See our acceptable use policy.

Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the audit. The report reflects your website at the time of the scan and things can change on your site or on third party services after that. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
