Refund policy

Website Check Ireland is a digital service delivered straight away. At checkout you confirm you want immediate delivery and that you understand this waives your 14 day right of cancellation once the report is sent.

When we refund in full

If we cannot generate your report for any reason, we refund the full €9.99. Typical causes include a website that cannot be reached at the time of scan or a technical error on our side.

When refunds do not apply

Once your report has been delivered we do not offer refunds. The report is the deliverable and it cannot be returned.

How to request a refund

Email info@sitefully.ie with your order email and the website you scanned. We aim to respond within 2 working days.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
